Taittinger Brut Millesime 2008

Grape Variety: Champagne

Champagne Taittinger is one of France's most celebrated Champagne Houses. As the epitome of French sophistication, style and grace, Champagne Taittinger celebrates the pleasures of life, believing that special moments are best enjoyed with fine Champagne and great company. Revered by critics all over the world and recognised as the champagne of connoisseurs, Champagne Taittinger is renowned for creating wines of unmatched delicacy, elegance and finesse.
Taittinger Brut Millesime 2008 is exclusively blended from first press wines. It consists of Chardonnay (50%) and Pinot Noir (50%) harvested mostly from the Grands Crus in Montagne de Reims and the borders of the Vallee de la Marne.

“Although it’s a 50/50 chardonnay-pinot blend, the former leads this duet with aromas of white peach and fresh grapefruit. The pinot noir component brings structure and depth to this refreshingly vivacious aperitif” Peter Bourne, Qantas Magazine December 2015
