Punt Road Airlie Bank Chardonnay 2012

Grape Variety: Chardonnay

The Napolean family have been orchardists in the Yarra Valley for three generations. In 1983 thye established thier first vineyard in the sub-region of coldstream hills on the site of Hubert de Castella's original vineyard, first planted in 1863. The wines are crafted at the Punt Road winery and are a true reflection of the variety, site and the region.

The Airlie Bank range was created to celebrate the river that flows past the Punt Road vineyards and gives the region, the Yarra Valley, its iconic name. Dragonflies playfully dart and hover over the Yarra's length, and the like the Airlie Bank wines, they are a reminder to relax and live in the moment.
