  • French Style Green Lentils 500g (biodynamic) - A variety originating from Puy in France, renowned for their deep nutty flavour and holding their shape when cooked. Perfect for summer salads and winter soups and braised dishes alike, they are a great companion to feta, chevre, mint, peas, tomatoes and game. They don't need to be soaked and take about 20 minutes to cook.
  • Pearled Farro 500g (biodynamic) - Pearled Farro has had its bran removed. It’s a great way to create Farotto – a risotto style dish – in a relatively short time and is a great alternative to risotto rice. No need to soak before cooking. Simply rinse, add to cold, salted water, bring to the boil and then simmer for a chewy, tender or soft texture. Alternatively it can be cooked in a pressure cooker and rice cooker. A great addition to salads, soups and casseroles. 
  • Organic Quinoa 500g -  Gluten free, high in protein, low GI and a great unique taste. Grown in Northern Tasmanian. 
  • Wholegrain Freekeh 500g - An ancient grain, freekeh is made from young, green wheat that is traditionally roasted over wood fires to burn off the husks, giving the grain a lovely, nutty flavour. Freekeh has up to four times more fibre than brown rice and even higher in protein, plus it's low-carb, low G.I  attributes means it's great for diabetics - an all-round brilliant grain.
